Working hypothesis: 1- The woman was murdered by the Russian government. 2- Some extreme nationalist Russian gang did it. 3- The government of Ukraine did it. 4- Neo-Nazis Ukrainians did. Reason out like Sherlock Holmes: what evidence do you see for each of these hypothesis? Use adductive and then deductive reasoning, just like a police detective. Why would a loving father let his daughter die in a terrorist attack? There is such thing as synchronicity, as Carl G. Jung posits it, or chance of you like. You will never find evidence fully supporting any of these hypothesis, so pick the most likely one. I see no reason to believe that the Russian government had the slightest interest in committing one such a terrorist attack in Moscow.
